Lava River

It is very interesting part. and it is one of the leadership training its called Lava River. Our Madam Divided into four groups. Every group had five members. My group members were Pragashraj, Kavindu, Hasitha, Kasun and me. Our madam gave different size of  circles. We wanted to cross through that lava river with those circles. All members should participated. Madam gave few minutes to discuss about how to cross. Each groups made an idea for that.

There were two river. At the beginning First two groups started their path in opposite way. Our madam said some rules about that game. She calculated the finishing time also. There were Only we used those circles and crossed the river. We wanted to start with that circle. Don’t went to out of the circles. Madam gave 3 attempt for this game. Unfortunately our team lose one attempt. Because of the beginning point. We did not consider about that. But Our team gave effort in second attempt. We finally decided the  super way to cross that lava river. That was four members stand on that circle. And They stand opposite side. After that fifth person safely walk through the way which was standing those four members leg and crossed the lava river very carefully. When we reached end of the river Madam note the time on the white board.

Other groups also caught that idea and changed it and finally crossed. End of the  interesting part our madam said many question to each group. What were the strategy you used for that? Each groups said many strategy. There are time management, Team work, Creativity, Managed resources.
